Fire and Ice

ImageImageThis sweet couple chose NovembeImager to begin their life together in the cozy lodge at Waldenwoods.  The three wood fireplaces were aglow to ward off the very chilly day, but the warmth of the wedding as these two exchanged their vows is what made this beautiful setting even more so.  A rustic theme complemented the atmosphere and the newlyweds were even able to run outside for a few nippy photos before retreating to the lodge for their reception.  We hope the very best for these two as they begin the holidays as husband and wife.

UPDATE: 2/2014: We received a message from this couple that they are expecting a baby this summer!

Sometimes, the best laid plans . . .

This couple held their wedding ceremony and reception at beautiful Waldenwoods in Hartland.  The original plan was outside, but the heavy rains earlier in the week dashed the outdoor ceremony.  However, they made the best out of the situation and the ceremony was held in the intimacy of  the cozy setting that encompasses this great location.  They were even able to  re inact their tree watering portion of the ceremony outside as well as the traditional porch picture–so all was not lost, but found to be a wonderful day!  Congratulations and may you live happily ever after!

A Shared Anniversary

Waldenwoods Resort is a beautiful location for any wedding–inside or out.  The weather report was not good for this day and, needless to say, the bride was nervous that the wonderful pond wedding was going to end up all wet!  We sat with her at rehearsal and told her that our anniversary was on her wedding day and that we had a beach ceremony.  It had rained the entire day to the point that the minister called and questioned our intentions of getting married outside?  We told her we were going to regardless and prayed that God would clear up the day.  Sure enough–15 minutes before our ceremony, the clouds opened up and the sunset was magnificent–history repeated itself for this grateful couple and the ceremony was awesome!
